Delivery

The normal delivery time is 3-5 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email, when your order has been sent. After this, you can track where your order is at any given moment, using a package number.

We strive to send your order as soon as possible and always within 3-5 business days. However, it is not always possible, if we for instance are running campaign offers. But we will, of course, do our best, so you can get your purchased articles as fast as possible. If the order is urgent, please contact our customer service and they will do their best to help you.

For orders above 100€, products are delivered free of charge. For orders under 100€, the delivery cost is 5€. Please note that the delivery cost is calculated from the total of your order after redemption of any given discount coupon. In order for us to continue to offer the best possible quality, we have chosen a shipping method that can be tracked. This entails some delivery costs, but on the other hand you have the assurance that you can follow your delivery.

We can only ship orders to the countries where we have a website.

We can currently ship to UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Norway, USA, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Denmark.

No, we do not offer tax refund.
